I don't agree.
I love finishing a show in time to get home early afternoon and not having
to rush to feed dogs, eat dinner and get to be before midnight.
I love going to a show where everything in the ring is true show quality.
I love going to a show where all the dogs entered either have points, or
will have points.
I love going to a show with others who are dedicated to the sport, and not
just out to show the family pet.
I love being at shows with my friends, and knowing the breedings on all the
entries.
I enjoy going to the national and seeing a special class that can go more
than eight Selects and quality that shows how much good our breedings have
done.
I like the shows just as much now as then. They are different, they are
smaller, and they are overall, better quality.
I don't want to go back to shows of 100 entries. I won just as much then as
now. Finished as many champions then as now. Saw as many great dogs
then as now.
I am not ready to go back to 100 entries.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
