Well, I have not seen any of the GSD breeders or owners or GSD Org posting on
their websites
to join the GSDCA to vote against the white GSDs. Since 1959 the GSDCA has
decided to make
the white GSD a Disqualification in AKC- GSDCA Conformation classes so there
was more
than the case of them being an Albino as most people knew that even back then.
It was proven
back then and still today they can and do produce a washed out color when bred
to a GSD
that had white or a faded gene in their background. The reason probably most
breeders
that want pure white breed white-white to produce white not to bring the GSD
into the situation.
So if others that seem to know more than what is documented want the white GSD
to show in Conformation
in the future the white GSDs will diminish and there will be more faded GSDs in
color.
I guess now we will wait for the vote and hope it decides the best for the GSDs
future.

to vote? Not to mention that many have colored
GSDs and many probably would be more likely to get involved
