This evening I noticed my bitch has a stringy, bloody vaginal discharge and
it's fairly heavy. Her litter is 8 weeks old tomorrow but I've never
experienced a discharge reappearing this long after whelping so I'm very
concerned. She's eating and active so I gave her Baytril and will be at the
vet when they open tomorrow but I'm wondering if this could be pyometra ?

Thanks,
Melissa
