An IQ test is a good idea. Lets start by requiring our reps in DC to do
that, bet we would be really surprised....maybe not! I also think there was
not enough proof, it's not a popular opinion, but I don't care:))
I do have proof, however that my puppy is up to no good and his big sister
is helping.

Circumstantial evidence is proof, but I think many have trouble with that
and the prosecution failed to stress that circumstantial evidence,
especially when overwhelming, can be good enough to convict.
The prosecution, IMHO, also failed to stress that by her own statements the
mother was the last person to see the child. So why not at least
manslaughter? Mom was the last person to see her and this little girl is now
dead and dumped in a swamp.
I still think we have a good system, however, I've always wondered why all
you have to do to serve on a jury is a drivers license or be registered to
vote. How about an IQ test?????
A jury of your peers? What if your peers are idiots?
