I just talked to Gov. Perry's office  personnel.   His office is now taking 
count of  the people calling on HB 1451.  She told me they have been  
receiving lots of calls this morning on HB 1451.   Unfortunately  she would not 
say whether or not it was "for or against"  HB  1451.
