Now Daphne,
I sent them a letter years back asking to be on their program. As I
understand it they have programs that pay farmers to not produce crops
to keep everything stable, and what with Hunte and all, I was figuring
there was an over supply of dogs, what with shelters full and dogs
being rescued and all. So I told them I would be glad to get on their
program of not producing dogs if they'd send me the money for not
doing so.
So far, I ain't heard from them, so I figure they should just leave me
alone until they are ready to pay up.
