hi, i had a dog at one time that couldn't deal with thunder & lightening. we had to sedate him when there was an electrical storm coming. we purchased him as an adult. his breeder told us an interesting story -- none of her dogs had a problem with storms until lightening hit her kennel building & fried the electrical equipment in there. none of the dogs were harmed -- she had her vet come out & check them over. well our dog was 6 months old at the time & was in the kennel. she said after that all those dogs had problems dealing with electrical storms. so my guess is they got a jolt of electricity & never forgot. lea ruggieri **************Biggest Grammy Award surprises of all time on AOL Music.
