It is unfortunate there are people that do this, let their dogs run loose
and inpregnate the neighbors and get hit by cars. Trust me these laws WILL NOT
affect them they will only affect responsible people who possibly may be over
the rediculesly low dog limits but take wonderful care of their dogs. Those
dogs could be taken and put to sleep.
Geez Lynda we all know people who don't take care of their dogs, I have seen
it with only 1 dog. I know people who think if the dog isn't sleeping on
your bed you are abusing it and certainly don't put them in those cages.....
and GOD what a tourcher you are if you use one of those CHOKE CHAINS, Thats
just dumb. Becareful what you think may be a good idea, it could be in your
neck of the woods soon and god help you if you get an ACO that leans towards
the AR'st side you too could be an irresponsible owner when your dog is not
spayed or nuetered, or if you put it in a run etc...........
