Therein is the problem. Some board members do not feel the club should
know what is being done with their club and their money. It is our club, not
the club only for the board members. Not all board members feel this way,
but those who do, should find another club.
Again it seems the club has a way to end the litigation. Why they want to
continue is something I don't understand. But, how can I understand? They
won't tell me what is going on with my club. Evidently we little people
should not have that information.
