Gail is a member of Showgsd-l. Whether she is set to receive mail or not,
she is aware of this discussion. It can only be causing her further
discomfort for this topic to continue, and for it now to escalate to a
controversy over who knew what and when they knew it would be
inappropriate, embarrassing, unfortunate and completely irrelevant.
The fact of Gail's illness is now known, all now makes sense regarding the
Review. Gail is a member of Showgsd-l. Whether she is set to receive
mail or not, she is aware of this discussion. For her, it must be most
unpleasant to be the topic of this thread. She is a private person, and
now very personal matters are the subject of casual emails and gossip. It
can only be causing her further discomfort for this topic to continue, and
for it now to escalate to a controversy over who knew what and when they
knew it would be irrelevant, embarrassing, unfortunate and completely
inappropriate.
Please exercise respect and compassion for Gail, please use good judgment
and tact, and do not further this discussion, either on or off the
List. It accomplishes no good, and she does not deserve to be at the
center now of controversy.
