Last night I asked for your prayers for my mother's dissected aorta. I want
to thank all of you that are keeping her in your thoughts and prayers.
Today I ask that each of you with high blood pressure keep it under control.
A
dissected aorta is the result of hypertension. Surgery is a last resort and
it is more dangerous than a by-pass. If you have high blood pressure, make
sure you do everything the doctor asks and if you feel ANY pain in your chest
go to the hospital immediately. Untreated, this is a killer.
