What constitutes 30 days from publication? I just received my September
Review on Oct. 3. If September 1 would be considered the "publication
date", 30 days have already lapsed prior to my receipt.
I was thinking the same thing.....I just received August on Sept 30 and have
not received the Sept issue yet.
