Here in Arizona the September Review has still not arrived, if it were not
for the list, I would never be able to get a letter to Dania on time(if it
is stiil on time)

What constitutes 30 days from publication? I just received my September
Review on Oct. 3. If September 1 would be considered the "publication
date", 30 days have already lapsed prior to my receipt.
