...I have often wondered if a judge would be offended by receiving a thank you note from the owner of a dog they put up. Many years ago, a judge put my dog up amongst some very heavy and quality competition, and made me feel really good....it was a very special win for personal reasons, and I felt that I wanted to write a thank you, but then thought it might not be taken as the heartfelt thank you I wanted it to be, so I didn't do it. Any thoughts on that? Kelly Busse, Wolfheart German Shepherds Kelly, I will date myself when I say this, but years ago (early 90's was last time I did it)when we were campaigning our dogs, when we won the points, we not only would send a thank you note to the judge, but it was also "mandatory" to also include the win photo with the judge and send it as well....so there....I will add that I have not done any of the above in recent years when I campaigned Beau and Joli... I do remember having a conversation about it but was told...No one did that anymore because it was too political...so I didn't....Pauline ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2005.
