Our Club has run into this situation several times with a club that is in
Wisconsin and we are in Michigan...You have to go to the club that you are in
conflict with and ask them to release the breed, usally they are very
understanding especially when they they are on the other side of Lake...we
sweetened the deal with trophy money for their club.
