It appears I should just forget about it now, since all the rooms are taken.

There are rooms still available if you are willing and able to take a standard
or a king but if you are sharing a room be prepared to pay a lot more for double
What has me really upset is how every year the host motel fills up before the
brochure comes out and if you don't have some one on the inside telling you
which motel the membership doesn't stand a chance at the host. At the special
rates this year we probably could have filled half the motel
All I know is that I am going to have to sell a WHOLE lot of Embroidery to off
set the cost of driving 2 days out and 2 days back with extra stays in motels
each way
