PLEASE note that these are *NOT* U.S. military dogs.  Our military  dogs are 
VERY well taken care of.  The military handlers are not supposed  to accept 
any food or treats for their own dogs.  This said, I'm sure the  Iraqi police 
dogs would appreciate anything that could be sent to them.
