There was a poignant cartoon in today's paper. Showed a weeping stingray,
saying "I'm sorry, Steve, I didn't know it was you". Made me weep too... that
vibrant, life -embracing man. Some public figures just pass without much
emotion on my part, but some hurt as badly as a friend's passing. I am
thinking of
Chris Reeve, and more tragically, Dana Reeve. Lives to be
celebrated....deaths that share our humanity. Syd
