OK, I have been on this list for many months now.. have spoke out of turn,
have announced the death of one of my girls(doggie), have been consoled by
the list, have noticed that there is a lot of "passion" onthe list that is
sometimes over the top. I have been reading all these Hunte posts, and have
responded many many times, only to erase them because I am not a member of
the GSDCA. Well, with all the good and bad that I have encountered, and
after much thought on what I want to accomplish w/ my "hobby", I sent in my
membership application this morning. My decision is based on my belief that
there is way more good on the list and in the GSDCA than bad. Also I have
desperately wanted to voice my opinion and thought on this Hunte issue, but
I felt that it was not my place to do so.
The Hunte issue is a serious one that I feel in my heart will be worked out
for the better of the GSDCA, its members, and its BOD.
SO, with that said, I look forward to becoming a member(unless I have upset
the wrong person on the list :) ) and trying to do my part to keep this
great organization great.
I agree with those who said quitting is not an option. To put it in my
thoughts, QUITTING IS FOR LOSERS!!! Getting involved w/ the GSDCA, and
increasing membership w/ quality people will work much better to keep this
proud organization strong, and to make it even stronger.
