This policy that Sherry told me about where they can exclude a dog from
coverage and still write your homeowners is a very new policy here in S. Texas
Region. Bob retired in 2004, and they did not have it then. I have no idea if
it
is Texas local or nationwide.
However, now it can be a felony in Texas if your dog does serious injury as
defined by the penal code. A much more serius situation that loosing your
insurenace.
