Hi Cheryl
I started a "GSDCA members only" list last year, it will be a year old this
coming January. A lot of members signed up, but it is very stagnant. I heard
the PC wanted control, but everyone knows I am uncontrollable....LOL........
but seriously, it is for members use, if they chose to.
I created that list as a response to the constant "we should not discussed
club business in public". Seems those fears were not as great as it appeared.
My experience, and I do belong to 7 different lists, people just don't have
enough time to read all the lists. So they stick to the ones that work the
best for them, and has the most traffic (read available help when needed).
That's , IMHO, what makes "The List" such a success.
As far as I know the Parent Club doesn't run, support or sponsors any List.
But I could be wrong <G>.
