I think it was being said we can't find good stud dogs to use, as they all have breeding problems. My point being that there are way more stud dogs that I want to use, than I can ever get to. Every dog out there carries something that I would rather not have in the genes. But, the perfect dog will never exist, and no matter how we try, we can't eliminate genes, we can just bury them for a while. I have always felt that if we stop selecting out breeding stock, and let them free breed, we will be back to the wolf in but five generations. And, with people, all be playing the banjo in three.
