Sameul,
At the Group level each dog is judged against it's own standard.
Believe it or not, it is possible to be a moderate specimen and
still be considered for a Group placement because the other
breeds are not as good specimens for their standards.
Everything is relative and open to the judges interpretation....
judging is an educated opinion.
