No...it means that you don't just hand out ribbons to everyone
just to be politically correct.....
And....NO....all champions are not equal....if they were why would we
pick a Grand Victor and Grand Victrix...and Selects. We already place
this game at National Specialties, Evan.

Now, that is confusing. So, since you can only give four, (who came with that
limit?), since you can't give it to more than four, you only get to pick two
from each breed. Superior to what? Superior specimens to you own bred stuff,
to the other dogs in the ring, to what didn't win, to what wasn't shown, to
what won in 1987 at the National?
I don't think it is a questions of balls, it is a question of opinions. And,
everyone has one.
So, if you don't give the award, somehow that means you have more fortitude,
(doesn't that sound better than balls?), than the judge whose opinion causes
him/her to give out four? So, if I understand the post, not giving out the
award somehow makes you virtuous. Giving it out, means you caved for your
friends.
It is going to be fun to see how this plays out.
