I'm probably one of the few that never saw even one of his movies or
shows.
Growing up in Bucks County PA my first love was Rough Collies from the
"Lad" series of books, (Lad lived in Bucks County), but Betty Irwin won me
over as a young teen with her great GSDs. We used to board our family dog at
her kennel when traveling.
Betty's kennel was a wonderful place, met Connie, Ted, John...before I
realized the importance and what an opportunity...got to see some really GOOD
ones early on then later bought two from Betty when I built my first house.
Lol, a brand new house and two eight week old puppies....
