My ex was definately non doggy.  When we first got married we did not have a
dog but then we got Bisco, a pet GSD, together.  Well, that started it for
me...not so much for him...lol.
He was a good sport and while having the dogs in the house 24/7 was not his
cup-o-tea, he did build a really nice dog room for me that was heated and air
conditioned.  There were a few dogs over the 16 years we were married that he
really fell for, but multiple dogs was not his thing.  Over the years he put up
with crying pups crated next to the bed, chewed up stuff, weekends of me going
to dog shows...gee, guess I see why we got divorced <sigh>.  Happy New Year to
everyone.  Cynthia

Anne,
Mine is the NUMBER ONE non-doggy husband! He has trouble telling Pia
(sable) from Naughty and Lee that are B/R!!!!!!!!! He'd "sort" of
take care
of them when we went to a show, BUT was for EVER letting the wrong ones out
together. That was when Amy and I started the IDIOT SCARVES. We got small
pieces of different colored pieces of cloth and made bandanas out of
them........we put THEIR color on THEIR crate, then made a chart of which
color goes where and when. BINGO, there went the excuse of I thought it was
so and so! HA! Mo
