Oh, so sad. Scott was a truly wonderful person. I didn't know him well, but
had met him back when I first started showing in Conformation. One of the
first two dogs I ever showed in Conformation was a little blue brindle
Afghan bitch named Neisha. Scott was very kind to a very new handler.

"I am passing along some sad news. Scott was an afghan breeder here in CA
(Westwind), the long-time show chairman of Sir Francis Drake KC, a popular
hound judge, and also was a lot of fun. Scott passed away at 10:20 last
night. It has been a very difficult time since Scott's massive stroke and
heart attack on New Year's Eve early morning. There is to be a Memorial of
Life sometime in March. We will keep every one posted."
