Yes...when registering online, you need that information. However, when
registering the old fashioned way, you don't need it...and still, only
one owner has to sign. That's a big change from the way it used to
be...and only means that a co-owned bitch can be bred without your
knowledge or permission...not a great idea, if you ask me.
