We live in an area where the Review is always later than anyone else gets it.
We just deal with it and don't blame anyone except U.S. Mail......it's a strange
thing to figure out how the mail works. We don't try....we just deal with it.
ODD though..........our bills are never late......we just deal with it. <G>
