on the pre-addressed envelope. The return address was mine. The return
address on the envelope mailed to me by the ballot company was Sharon
Allbright's. My voter instructions told me to place the ballots in the blank
envelope,
make no marks on the envelope, and then insert that
envelope into the return envelope.
