[ SHOWGSD-L ] Return Address on Ballots

I'm thinking that the reason the return address on the ballots is to Sharon
is so that if they get lost and Sharon gets them, she can turn them over to the
ballot company before the vote is counted. Am I right? Either that, or
maybe the printing company made a mistake?
