Its not a cop out as I do sell all my companion animals on LTD Reg
and on spay neuter contracts...As I have only sold three companions
in the last ten years its really not been an issue...all three males
HAVE been neutered.
I was simply stating that for those that want to find a way around it
they will..LTD Registration IS NOT enough!

That's a cop-out, Deborah. Sure they will....but at least you will have done
your part to control the proliferation. AND, you have the added bonus of
knowing that it isn't your many years of hard work and study in developing
your good dogs that is adding to the number of orphans and demeaning every good
thing you've tried to do.
