Speaking as PAM Chairman, I have submitted my report with recommendations to
the Board for the July meeting regarding rally and the PAM, at this point that
is all that has been done. As Chairman of a committee I do not make the
decisions, I make a recommendation that is presented to the Board for
discussion
by all of the members of the Board, the Board will then vote on whether to
approve or not to approve my recommendation. It is my understanding that this
is
the way all committee recommendations are handled.
