I could be wrong but I don't think the GSDCA helps the WDA club but makes a
donation for the WDA team to represent the GSDCA at the world trial.
I want to know how you would make it fair if the parent club started cutting
checks to the regional clubs? It would appear to me that you would be punishing
the active clubs who have members that are willing to get out there and hustle
and your are rewarding the clubs with cash gifts for not being out there and
hustling.
Perhaps the people who are not members of a regional club but are members of
the GSDCA should volunteer to help the regional clubs raise money. This is the
age of the computers you don't have to live close to be involved.

I'm not talking about low bank accounts, i'm talking about a club who is
ready to go under. I am not foolish to think they should just give to any
club,,,,but i am talking about serious need.
