[ SHOWGSD-L ] Question about other registries besides AKC

I don't know about CKC but UKC you can register any AKC dog with papers. Even
AKC limited ones to full UKC reg. Yes, it was quite a bone of contention with
UKC for awhile. You can put any owner on you want, taking the other person off
and put on someone else entirely.
However UKC limits you to only 2 co-owners. And if the bitch is bred only under
UKC papers, AKC will not register back the pups. So she's not really getting
herself anywhere to breed under UKC unless she intends to do only UKC
