I have to agree with Kathy..All puppies should be Vet checked..I would
not let a puppy go without a testicle check etc...If the puppy has no
testicles It would be sold cheaper and the buyers told...In New Jersey
they have tough lemon laws ..The buyers could get back money and their
vet bills paid..
