[ SHOWGSD-L ] Public Complaints vs Private Complaints

In truth there seldom are more than one or two complaints in any year, and
most often none. The problem isn't a lot of complaints filed, but that at
times when only a few people know what is going on, a lot is rumored. It is
always better to make your complaints in the open. If you don't have faith in
what you are saying, don't say it.
There never has been a problem with public knowledge. Sunlight tends to
kill mold.
