If you will go back and read my entire post you will understand that I was 
posting a caution and suggestion in response to prior posts supporting having 
the National televised.  

I DO NOT SUPPORT volume breeders in any way and I think it was clear that I 
was showing concern for what would happen to the breed if it was TOO WELL 
publicized.

OMG! Wasn't this exactly the argument AKC made last year for why AKC
should not only get into business with Hunte Corp (and other "large
volume breeders" or whatever they are calling them), but also, why
reputable breeders should help these "large volume breeders" better
their stock by selling them some of theirs?

Now before anyone objects, I am absolutely NOT accusing Betty of
supporting puppy mills or downing her in *any* way. It's just that one
statement leaped out at me. I KNOW I've heard that before -- from
people high in the ranks of dogdom -- and I find it very disturbing!
