This would make a great topic for an educational meeting for the incoming
board. Have a Robert Rules of Order brush up and then a presentation on the way
our insurance works.Someone could go over the By-Laws. It could be a work shop
for the incoming board.

Even that is not a worry. When last we were sued, they canceled us, and we
just got a new carrier. Then the first insurance company wanted to settle,
even though they owed the defense and damages.

could give it to our carrier. I assume they had it before the show, and
should have or may have already determined coverage.
No insurance company covers for intentional acts. The individuals who were
sued might have personal liability, but no board member and no club member ever
had exposure. The same was true of the Hunte thing, but no one would
listen.
