Actually, I believe there is probably only one Board member who
would be guilty of malfeasance...however, any who refused to participate
in the 2/27 conference call would be guilty of nonfeasance...and I
believe that would open each of them to charges...and removal from their
Board positions, or any other positions they hold in the GSDCA. Perhaps
they will all resign without charges being brought.
