If my breeding ever falls under the jurisdiction of the USDA, I will
be filing for my government support payment for not breeding. Farmers
get heavy payment in subsidies for not producing crops that are in
over abundance. If the regulation of dog breeding is to stop over
abundance, than I want my subsidy payment for not producing.
