Obedience dogs are worked on matts or on grass.
SOme double handlers have actually run into nearby rings, knocked down gates at
all breeds.
Once when I was showing in open, during a long out of site, some lady wheeled
her carriage into
the ring before the stewarts could stop her - not one dog broke
However, I do not train my dogs to have double handlers fall over gating into
the ring and land on
top of them and expect them (the dogs) to be too stupid to move out of the way
