We lived in Ontario quite a few years ago & I really enjoyed it. There
was absolutely no problem (or
even paper work from us) with my husband getting his job. He was hired by
a well known University.
The Canadians were wonderful (the university employed quite a few
non-Canadians), It did seem to have
a little less crime & cleaner air than most of the places where we have
lived in the US. If I remember
correctly, we were not able to buy property with out some conditions, etc.
Also, the kids were in high school at the time & the education system was
very, very good. I dearly love
my country but would not mind moving back there.
