No. They start out with the same fault. This is a way to dumb down a class
to get something to win, that would not win in normal competition. I see
it as the same as the amateur handling classes at the Futurity.
I see nothing wrong with making a class for someone else to win. But, let's
be honest about it. If a coat can't win in the normal classes, don't make
a less normal class just to make that animal that would not win, get a
win.
If you can't hit the target, don't change the target.
