The new  Texas legislative session is ready to begin.  As you may remember, 
last  session several cities lobbied unsuccessfully to get the state ban on 
breed  specific legislation repealed.  I believe that there will be another  
attempt to get the ban repealed this legislative session.  We need to  
organize, 
both AKC and UKC people, so that we can fight this if the need  arises.  If 
anyone has any ideas on how to best organize and prepare let  me know.  Please
