Diane, Did you read the link?
It doesn't even mention c-sections (or dew claw removal, or tail docking),
and is a bill about veterinarians reporting unethical and immoral behavior (and
or abuse of animals) of and by other veterinarians.
Now, Julian has bulldogs. The only thing I can even imagine, and it's one
hell of a stretch, is that some vets may feel it's "immoral" to breed dogs w/
such gross disproportions that a c-section is absolutely necessary, and maybe
they'd have a problem w/ a vet who did it and would report it? Like I said,
one hell of a stretch, and I can think of hundreds of things I'd worry about
today before that even crossed my mind.
I repeat, it doesn't even mention c-sections (emergency OR planned).
