 HI,
I have a friend that has a dog that has an ear that curls back at the top. We
have tried taping it straight, forward and even in half. Each time was for at
least 2 weeks. The dog just turned 9 mths. Is there something we can do to
help this ear straighten up now? Is it too late? She is on CCM+( vitamins
including C, kelp, enzymes, glucosamine, and alot other good stuff) and Yogurt.
She eats Raw and some Canidae. No other dogs pull out her ear tapes. Any
Help would be appreciated

Not only a mess but think of what the puppy has to endure going through
procedure after procedure, getting the ear infected or even cause injury.
This is not to be taken lightly....and I agree, don't attempt to do it
unless you know what you are doing.
There are quite a few different approaches to getting ears up and by doing
it often you learn what works and what doesn't. I learned from fellow
breeders,vets (?) and handlers. Always
lend an ear, add to your knowledge and then do whatever works best for you
AND YOUR PUPPY.
