This is necessary as you really need to see everything - parking, traffic,=
roads, the REAL
fascilities. There is no truth in advertising <VBG> So, the Board needs t=
o see the site when it
comes to its REALLY being considered and taken seriously enough to write u=
p a contract.
Then you get to discuss the details in person
Since the Board has to meet someplace, the prospective show site is ideal.=
It kills two birds
with one stone.
