Is there something in the rules that says you can't?
Yes, an altered dog or a crypt-orchid is a disqualifying fault. I
understood a DQ is not eligible for the Parade of Greats.
I could be wrong. I think I saw Primas Flying in the Parade with a
docked
tail. But maybe not.
