Maybe for next year’s DC club shows I will make ribs. Ed, you will have to come
try mine……I studied for 2 decades how to do what I do with ribs.
Works on other meats and cuts too!

They are the best ribs ever. Frank and I can't leave them alone. The
pumpkin bread isn't bad either...from Ed's own
home grown pumpkins! <G>
But the ribs would have definitely UPPED the Reno National entry!! A Missed
Opportunity for sure...... <G>
